Requirements :
- Citizens of eligible countries.
- In case of dual citizenship, applicants must choose one nationality while applying.
- Work experience equivalent to 3000 hours from three different institutions or companies (full-time, part-time, or freelance work, with documentation required).
- Previous leadership experience.
- Should not have resided in Sweden for more than two years.
- Should not hold any academic degrees from Swedish universities.

- Provide proof of English proficiency. “English 6” corresponds to:
- IELTS score of 6.5 (with no section below 5.5),
- TOEFL PBT score of 4.5 in the written test with an overall score of 575,
- TOEFL iBT score of 20 in the written test with an overall score of 90,
- Cambridge English Certificate in Advanced English (“CAE”),
- Pearson PTE Academic score of 62 (writing 61)
