Description :
- Portrayal of ideal cooling rates and ideal conventions for both porcine semen (slow freezing) and oocytes (slow freezing and vitrification)
- Decide the impact of cryopreservation strategies on individual sperm cells motility boundaries (CASA)
- Utilization of a clever technique to tweak ice arrangement and recrystallization utilizing a mix of Ice Restricting Proteins and cooling rates to further develop endurance and improvement of frozen-defrosted semen and oocytes
- Apply cryomicroscopy and microscopy methods to picture controlled cooling, ice arrangement and freezing and survey cryo-harm during freezing-defrosting cycles
