We do not write CDRs for any engineer from scratch because it violates EA’s regulations and is considered unethical. Instead, the engineer writes their own draft based on their actual projects and experience, and sends it to us for review, correction, and the addition of any missing information to ensure a positive professional assessment.”
Services that can be provided regarding the engineering assessment with the equivalence authority
First: Engineers’ Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) Equation
- In case the engineer has not submitted to the assessing authority:
- Assistance in writing the CDR (3 Episodes, Summary Statement, CPD), along with the CV, according to the assessing authority’s requirements.
- Explanation of competency elements and clarification of any unclear parts with examples relevant to the engineer’s specialization.
- Evaluation of the CDR draft, including the creation of a report for the engineer detailing observations, errors, and necessary revisions.
- Review and modification of the CDR draft written by the engineer before submission to the assessing authority, ensuring a positive professional assessment.
- Creation of the Summary Statement for those who have completed the three episodes (provided they meet the required standard).
- Provision of consultations, advice, and review of submission documents and steps, particularly the documents related to the assessment of years of experience with the assessing authority.
- In case the engineer has already submitted the application:
- Modification of the CDR in the event that the engineer submits the application on their own and receives any feedback from the assessor.
- Providing consultations and advice regarding any inquiries or requests from the assessor, especially concerning the validation of years of experience.

Secondly: The National Engineering Register (NER) qualification eligible for obtaining Registered Professional Engineers Queensland (RPEQ) and nomination from the state of Queensland.
- Assistance in preparing the Work Experience Statement, CPD (Continuous Professional Development), and Acquired Competence Worksheet.
- Explanation of competency elements and clarification of any unclear parts with examples specific to the engineer’s specialization.
- Evaluation of the drafts of the documents, including providing an engineer with notes, errors, and required revisions.
- Review and editing of drafts and the Work Experience Statement, CPD, and Acquired Competence Worksheet written by the engineer before submission to the assessing authority to ensure acceptance.
- Providing consultation and advice, as well as reviewing the required application steps and documents
- Assistance in responding to questions sent to the selected referees.
