Description :
- Community Problem Solving (CSP) is a one-year professional leadership program for community leaders working on solutions related to democracy and human rights, the environment, reconciliation and problem solving, and women and gender to improve society.
- The CSP includes a four-month internship in the United States, personal leadership training and mentoring through a master’s degree in leadership, and a six-month internship in the community with indigenous couples. Learn more below
- Four Month Fellowship in the United States: Community Services complete four-month internships to develop their skills and knowledge by partnering with organizations in the United States
- Community Leadership Force Academy: Community Solutions Members participate in the Community Leadership Academy to develop their leadership and management skills A graduate-level leadership course designed for.
- The organization includes face-to-face education, online education, job training and seminars.
- Community Services: Community Partnerships to create and prepare development plans for the community while in the US or return home with support from US agencies for later execution.
- When candidates leave the United States, they spend six months at jobs in their communities

Requirements :
- You are between the ages of 26 and 39 as of January 1, 2024
- You are a citizen of one of the following eligible countries
- You live and work in your countryYou have refugees The community in which they are located will receive special attention
- Even if it is full-time or part-time individual or voluntary work You have at least two years of experience in community development
- You have not participated in an academic, training, or research program in the United States
- You speak spoken and written English fluently during the application period
- Semi-finalists have TOEFL or IELTS English language test scores they must pass or submit
- August 2024 – You can travel to the United States You resided in the United States for four months in October February
- You are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have been to the United States in the past three years what you have not applied for
- You are eligible for a US J-1 visa
- Applicants to the Join the US government Exchange promotion program must meet the two-year residency requirement
- You promise to return to your country and live in the country for at least two years after completing the assignment, and
- You are not a current IREX employee or consultant or his/her current family member
