- Seller Support Associate
- This position is only available to candidates who hold a valid PWD ID Card issued by the Ministry of Health
- In Sales Partner Support, we support companies (sellers and suppliers) who sell products through our Amazon marketplace platform, helping them reach consumers locally and globally. Our SPS employees support our vendors and suppliers by serving as the first point of resolution, diagnosing technical, operational, systems and process issues and proposing solutions that remove barriers to achieving resolution.

Responsibilities :
- Assist Amazon selling partners with incoming issues via three communication channels (phone, email, and chat)
- Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, emails and chats in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each problem and provide solutions
- Consistently demonstrates genuine empathy and passion for customers and delivers an exceptional customer service experience with every interaction, exemplifying Amazon’s Customer First leadership principles.
- Build lasting relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Ability to monitor and achieve various productivity and quality goals and metrics
- Willingness to work with a variety of internal stakeholders and teams
- Document all interactions and messages with sales partners according to standard operating procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide product advice and support to all Amazon sellers and sellers
- Attend regular training sessions to understand product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
- Any other duties and special projects directed by management based on the employee’s skills and experience
- Ability to work shifts and weekends to accommodate Amazon’s 7 days a week opening hours. “Please note that shifts cannot be confirmed before joining Amazon as they are only confirmed after the training period.

- Must have (or be able to obtain) high speed internet with up to 5Mb download and 1Mb upload (must be installed before you can start)
- A suitable remote work environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 6+ months of driving process improvements experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
