اولا نظام الهجرة الى مقاطعة الكيبيك مختلف تماما عن باقى المقاطعات و نظام التقييم و حساب النقاط مختلف ايضا عنه و لكن لكل منهما ميزة عن الاخر
يعتبر نظام الهجرة فى مقاطعة الكيبيك سهل نسبيا مقارنة بالنظام الخاص بباقى المقاطعات المسمى بال
Express Entry
و لكن من عيوبه هو قلة اعداد المقبولين فيه (10,000 دعوة فقط فى 2016) مقانة بالنظام الاخر حوالى (31,000 فى 2015) و ايضا طول مدة التقييم التى من ممكن ان تصل الى 3 او اربع سنوات مقارنة ب 6 اشهر فى ال
Express Entry
و لكن من اهم مميزات الكيبيك هى قلة شروط التقديم و مجرد تخطى الحد الادنى للقبول و هو 49 نقطة لغير المتزوج و 57 نقطة للمتزوج و قبل ما نتكلم بالتفصيل عن نظام النقاط فيه نقطة مهمة جدا و ناس كتير متعرفهاش و هى
لا يجب اجادة اللغة الفرنسية على الاطلاق للتقديم للكيبيبك كل ما على المتقدم ان يتخطى الحد الادنى للنقاط للتقديم حتى فى حالة عدم اجادة اللغة الفرنسية

كما ذكرنا سابقا يجب على كل متقدم ان يتخطى الحد الادنى للنقاط و هو لحد الادنى للقبول و هو 49 نقطة لغير المتزوج و 57 نقطة للمتزوج و ذلك لكى يكون

ثالثا : الحصول على عقد عمل
و تعتمد النقاط على حسب مكان عقد العمل داخل او خارج مونتريال و بحد اقصى 10 نقاط كالاتى

ثانيا : اللغة الانجليزية و الحد الاقصى لها هو 6 نقاط توزيعها كالاتى

و يمكن الحصول على نقطة واحدة فقط تعتمد على مدى توفر الحد الادنى من الاموال اثناء السفر و ذلك الحد الادنى يعتمد على عدد افراد الاسرو و لمعرفة الحد الادنى برجاء الضغط على اللينك التالى

يتبقى جزء مهم جدا عن الكيبيك و هو كيفية و ميعاد التقديم
يجب على كل من يرغب فى التقديم لمقاطعة الكيبيك انشاء ملف او بروفايل ابتداءا من يناير 2016 على النظام الجديد المسمى ب

و لكن حاليا لا يمكن لمقاطعة الكيبيك تلقى طلبت جديدة لانها اكتمل لديها العدد المطلوب للتقديم و ذلك حتى 31 مارس 2017 و لكن يمكن متابعة ميعاد والتقديم القادم من الرابط التالى حيث انه متجدد بإستمرار و لكن لم يحدد الموعد القادم حتى الان

اخيرا بالنسبة لمصاريف التقديم: فى حالة قبول الملف لدى المتقدم يجب عليه ان يدفع مصاريف تقييم الملف و هى كالاتى
