أولا: معالم الحياة في استراليا
استراليا قارة كبيرة مساحتها 7.6 مليون كم مربع ويسكنها 22 مليون شخص
عام 1900 ظهر ما يعرف باسم الكومنولث الأسترالي في سنة حين اتحدت ست مستعمرات
أسترالية وهي :

لم تكن أستراليا دولة قبل 1901 ولكن كانت ستة مستعمرات مستقلة تديرها بريطانيا. وفي
استفتاء عام 1901 ، صوت الأستراليين أن يتحدوا سويا لدولة واحدة عاصمتها كانبرا .
عدد المسلمون في استراليا حوالي نصف مليون )% 2 تقريبا من السكان( وترتفع به بعض
الإحصائيات إلى 700 ألف ويوجد مئات المساجد والمراكز الإسلامية وعشرات المدارس
الإسلامية في كافة أنحاء استراليا .
إجمالي الإنفاق على الصحة حوالي 9% من إجمالي الدخل العام
كيفية السفر للأطباء :
وهذا في حالة عدم الحصول على شهادة معترف بها في الكلية الملكية :Standard Pathway .1
الاسترالية أو الحصول على خبرات خاصة في التخصص حتى لو شهادتك غير معترف بها
)الماجستير والدكتوراه والزمالات العربية وكذلك عدم الحصول على ترخيص والعمل في الدول
التالية : )نيوزيلندا , بريطانيا, ايرلندا , أمريكا ,كندا (

ثانيا : العيوب
1. المجتمع الغربي المنفتح : ويمكن التحكم في هذا بالسكن بالمدن والاقتراب من المجتمع المسلم
)المدارس الإسلامية , أنشطة المراكز الإسلامية …. الخ (
2. نسبة الضرائب العالية : الضرائب متدرجة فالطبيب الذي راتبه السنوي 60 الف يدفع 11 الف
فقط ضرائب بينما الطبيب الذي راتبه 240 الف يدفع 81 الف ضرائب ويمكن معرفة قيمة
الضرائب عن طريق الموقع الرسمي

Future 3. صعوبة الطريق: هناك مجموعات عديدة للتعاون وتيسير الخطوات مثل مجموعتنا
على التليجرام و جروب نصائح وإرشادات للأطباء للسفر بالخارج على الفيسبوك بجانب land
جروبات المذاكرة مثل جروب د. البغدادي على التليجرام والواتس وهناك مذكرات وفيديوهات د.
مينا كل ذلك يسهل الأمر بشكل كبير
44 . التكلفة الكبيرة للسفر : فيما يلي ستعرف الخطوات وتكلفتها ) 5000 دولار استرالي + 500
دولار أمريكي خلاف مصاريف السفر على الأقل( ولكن الراتب الكبير هناك يعوض هذه التكلفة
في وقت بسيط.
5. التكلفة العالية للحياة هناك : ويعتبر السكن هو أكبر عامل يؤثر على الميزانية وتكلفته للسكن
500 دولار أسبوعيا والمدارس الإسلامية 3000 دولار سنويا وما عدا ذلك فغير – العائلي من 300
مؤثر بشكل كبير ومتوسط المصاريف الشهرية بما فيها إيجار السكن العائلي 3000 دولار وهو اقل
كثيرا من راتب أي طبيب .
من أول يوليو 2015 PTE 6. صعوبة اجتياز اختبار اللغة : وهذا تم التيسير فيه بالقبول باختبار
وقبول الدرجة بمجموع اختبارين خلال 6 شهور ولا يلزم الحصول IELTS وهو أيسر كثيرا من
عند أ. سامح بالقاهرة OET عليه من مروة واحدة بجانب أن الزملاء في مصر يمكنهم أخذ كورس
بسهولة وسيتم الكلام بالتفصيل عن اللغة OET أو أ. نسمة بالإسكندرية لمدة شهرين واجتياز اختبار
في الفصل الثالث.

ثانيا: مراحل السفر
1. توثيق الأوراق
1. عمل سكان من )جواز السفر+صورة شخصية حديثة اقل من 6 شهور+تصريح مزاولة المهنة
)مثل كارنية الهيئة السعودية(+توقيعك على الفيزا او جواز السفر + الشهادة الكارتون(
ملحوظة: لا تدخل من انترنت ( EPIC عن طريق الدخول على موقع EPIC 2. التسجيل في
اكسبلورر لانه يحدث مشاكل في التحميل ولكن من جوجل كروم او من فاير فوكس ( وفتح حساب

وسيطلب منك ملأ 10 خانات :
)الاسم ،العنوان،الايميل،رقم التليفون،تاريخ وبلد ومدينة الميلاد، جنسيتك عند الميلاد وحصولك
على البكالريوس والان،جنسك ذكر/انثى(
ثم يطلب منك بيانات شهادة البكالريوس وطبعا ستختار اسم الدولة ثم تختار اسم كليتك من قائمة
كليات دولتك وبعده تصريح مزاولة المهنة )مثل البكالريوس( بنفس طريقة الاختيار ثم جواز السفر
وصورة شخصية لك.
وأخيرا تكتب رقم الفيزا ومن ثم يتم سحب 75 دولار فورا منها رسوم تسجيل.
3. سيرسل لك ايميل لتأكيد التسجيل وبعد ذلك بيوم تقريبا سيرسل لك 3 ايميلات احدهم لتأكيد
لانه ملعبك copy تعمله ( Password تكتبه في ورقة(والثالث ل ( Username التسجيل والثاني ل
الذي username شوية ( وتدخل على الرابط الموجود في الايميل الاول وتدخل على حسابك ب
وتدخل على الحساب سيطلب منك تغيير اسمك وكلمة password لل paste كتبته في ورقة وتعمل
المرور لاشياء سهلة لك تذكرها ثم سيطلب منك اختيار 5 أسئلة من قائمة اسئلة عنده وتجيب عليها
لتأكيد شخصيتك عند الدخول لحسابك )مثل تاريخ زواجك /عدد اخواتك/عدد اخواتك … الخ(
4. بعدما تنهي التسجيل وتدخل على صفحتك ستجد :
AMC بالاعلى على اليمين وده تكتبه وتحتفظ به للتسجيل في ID أ. رقم
ب. ملفك الكتروني تقوم بتحميله وطباعته
وتحجز موعد في السفارة الأمريكية اونلاين
أو الأيسر والأرخص أن توثق عن طريق موقع

وتملأ بياناتك ولو في الليل غالبا سيكون Lets start وذلك ببساطة تدخل على الموقع وتدوس على
هناك حد فاضي لاختلاف المواعيد مع أمريكا أو تحجز موعد .. المهم تنتظر دقائق قليلة إلى أن
يفضى واحدة تبدأ الحوار معاك بالكاميرا بتكلمك قليل وكلام واضح لأنها عارفه مستوانا في اللغة
وممكن تكتب لها أو تكتبلك لو مفيش صوت او مش فاهم بس لازم الكاميرا تكون شغالة علشان
تشوفك وتقارنك بالصورة وبعد كده بتطلب منك تدوس كليك بالماوس فيطلع لك 4 فورمات
لامضاءك تختار منهم واحدة وبعد كده توثق امضيتك وتدوس على خانة المبلغ في اعلى الصفحة
وتدخل بيانات الكارت والرمز البريدي لمحافظتك وتقولك مبروك والموضوع كله بيأخذ 15 دقيقة
ويوفروا عليك مصاريف البريد EPIC تقريبا وهم بيرسلوا الملف الموثق ل
ولو وثقت في السفارة ترسل الملف المختوم من السفارة على العنوان المكتوب عليه وبمجرد
يكون باستطاعتك تحميل الشهادات مع تكلفة 75 دولار لكل شهادة وتبدأ عملية EPIC وصوله ل
التوثيق

AMC1 MCQ .2
والاختبار يتكون من 150 سؤال في 3.5 ساعة تقريبا ) 120 سؤال الاختبار + 30 سؤال غير
محسوبين فقط لتجربتهم( ويتوزع 120 سؤال الأسئلة كالآتي :
Clinician tasks
Data Gathering [up to 23.5% of the scored items]
History taking, mental status examination, physical examination, laboratory
testing, imaging, other investigations, and clinical reasoning.
Data Interpretation and Synthesis [up to 29% of the scored items]
Interpretation and synthesis of gathered data. Clinical reasoning, problem
identification, setting priorities and risk stratification. Formulation of
differential and specific diagnosis, causes and associations with presenting
conditions.
Management [up to 35% of the scored items]
Education and health promotion, counseling, psychotherapy, drug and nondrug
therapy (including fluid and electrolyte therapy), surgical interventions,
radiological interventions, drug interactions and complications, cessation
of therapy, rehabilitation, palliative care, interdisciplinary management,
family and community care.
Patient groups
A total of 120 scored items are selected from the AMC pool of items and
distributed across the following proportions based on the candidate’s
ability level.
Adult Health – Medicine [30% of scored items]
Adult Health – Surgery [20% of scored items]
These patient groups cover a broad spectrum of adult health and aged
care, and involve a sound foundation knowledge of the medical sciences
(physiology, biochemistry, anatomy, pharmacology) and an understanding
of pathobiology and pathophysiology. They include developed and practiced
clinical skills (communication, history taking, physical examination,
counselling) an appropriate understanding of principles of treatment and
familiarity with current management strategies (investigations, procedural
interventions, drug and non-drug therapies).
Women’s Health [12.5% of scored items]
Gynaecology covers a broad spectrum of women’s health care, and
involves all principles of adult health as above. Obstetrics also embodies
these principles with the addition of the understanding of the basic
sciences as they apply to reproduction and the effects of pathobiology and
pathophysiology on the reproductive process (pregnancy, labour, birth and
the post-natal period).
Child Health [12.5% of scored items]
Child health includes developmental dimensions of children’s health
from fetal development and transition to extra-uterine life to the end of
adolescence, including growth, physical development, puberty and
intellectual development in normal and abnormal situations. Clinical
features and natural history of important conditions are covered including
basic pathophysiology of medical and surgical conditions including
recognition and management of developmental disability. Core clinical
skills and management of common and important conditions in a range
of settings (emergency, ambulatory, inpatient, convalescent) are included
covering medical, surgical and psychosocial interventions.
Mental Health [12.5% of scored items]
The assessment, diagnosis and management of psychological, behavioural
and mental disorders and illnesses and addictions across all age groups,
based on bio-psychosocial and cognitive principles. This includes history,
mental state features, investigations and co-morbidities, with management
to include the use of psychological/behavioural, physical, pharmacological
and psychotherapeutic interventions, with their risks and benefits.
Population Health and Ethics [12.5% of scored items]
Population health strategies are to improve the health of targeted
populations, and include screening activities, surveillance, vaccination
programs, population-level education, epidemiology and legislation or
disease management measures. Population health concepts may arise
in a range of health care settings and across all patient groups, and
will include health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Ethical
issues cover professional behaviour including boundary issues, patient
confidentiality, informed consent and impairment of doctors. Legal issues
embrace regulations covering the Australian health care system and the
delivery of best practice medicine.

في الصفحة 500 كلمة ولكن لا ينصح به في العموم لكبر حجمه .
وعدد صفحاته 630 صفحة ومتوسط الكلمات في الصفحة 500 كلمة : AMC Handbook 2. كتاب
وعددهم 5 كتب )إجمالي 1450 صفحة( ومتوسط : KAPLAN USMLE Step2 CK 3. كتب

وخاصة آخر 6 أشهر حيث أن أكثر أسئلة الامتحان تأتي منها وهناك مجموعات على recalls 7. حل
دوريا وتنزلها مجمعة آخر كل شهر. recalls الفيسبوك تهتم بجمع أسئلة
رأيي الشخصي من خبرات الزملاء :

1. IELTS :
with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four
components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
NOTE: We will only accept test results:
i. from one test sitting, or
ii. a maximum of two test sittings in a six month period only if:
you achieve a minimum overall score of 7 in each sitting, and
you achieve a minimum score of 7 in each component across the two sittings, and
no score in any component of the test is below 6.5
2. OET:
with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading,
writing and speaking).
NOTE: We will only accept test results:
i. from one test sitting, or
ii. a maximum of two test sittings in a six month period only if:
you are tested in all four components in each sitting, and
you achieve a minimum score of B in each component across the two sittings, and
no score in any component of the test is below C.
3. PTE Academic :
with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of the four
communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
NOTE: We will only accept test results:
i. from one test sitting, or
ii. a maximum of two test sittings in a six month period only if:
a minimum overall score of 65 is achieved in each sitting, and
you achieve a minimum score of 65 in each of the communicative skills across the two
sittings, and
no score in any of the communicative skills is below 58.
4. TOEFL iBT
with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in each section
of the test:
24 for listening
24 for reading
27 for writing, and
23 for speaking.

a minimum total score of 94 is achieved in each sitting, and you achieve a minimum

Part 1: Speaking(5 Tasks) and Writing (3 Tasks)
(approximately 77-93 minutes)
Section 1: Personal introduction
In this section, you are given a prompt and are asked to introduce yourself orally.
You speak about yourself for up to 30 seconds. This is not assessed but is sent to
institutions along with your score report.
Section 2: Read aloud
In this section, you are given a text (up to 60 words) and are asked to read the text
aloud. You do six to seven of these items, depending on the combination of items in
your test.
Section 2: Repeat sentence
In this section, you hear a sentence. You are asked to repeat the sentence exactly as
you heard it. You do ten to twelve of these items, depending on the combination of
items in your test.
Section 2: Describe image
In this section, you are given an image (picture, graph, table, etc.). You are asked to
describe in detail what the image is showing. You do six to seven of these items,
depending on the combination of items in your test.
Section 2: Re-tell lecture
In this section, you hear a lecture. You are asked to retell the lecture in your own
words. You do three to four of these items, depending on the combination of items in
your test.
Section 2: Answer short question
In this section, you are asked a question, the answer to which is a word or short
phrase. You do ten to twelve of these items, depending on the combination of items
in your test.
Sections 3-4: Summarize written text
In these sections, you read a text (up to 300 words). You are then asked to
summarize the text in one sentence. You are given ten minutes to write each
summary sentence.
Section 5: Summarize written text 1 Write essay
This section is either a Summarize written text task or a Write essay task (see Section
6),
depending on the combination of items in your test.
Section 6: Write essay
In this section, you are given a prompt to read. You are then asked to write an essay
(200-300 words). You are given twenty minutes to write your essay
Part 2: Reading (5 Tasks)
(approximately 32-41 minutes)
Multiple-choice, choose single answer
In this section, you read a text (up to 300 words) .
You are then given a multiple-choice question with three to five answer options. You
choose the one correct answer option. You do two to three of these items, depending on
the combination of items in your test.
Multiple-choice, choose multiple answers
In this section, you read a text (up to 300 words).
You are then given a multiple-choice question with five to seven answer options. You
choose all the correct answer options. You do two to three of these items, depending on
the combination of items in your test.
Re-order paragraphs
In this section, you are given a text (up to 150 words) divided into paragraphs. The
paragraphs are in the wrong order. You have to drag and drop the paragraphs into the
correct order. You do two to three of these items, depending on the combination of items
in your test.
Reading: Fill in the blanks
In this section, you read a text (up to 80 words) which has blanks in it. You drag words
from a box and drop each word onto the correct blank to complete the text. You do four
to five of these items, depending on the combination of items in your test.
Reading and Writing: Fill in the blanks
In this section, you read a text (up to 300 words) which has blanks in it. You click on
each blank and a drop down list appears. You choose the correct word from each list to
complete the text.
You do five to six of these items, depending on the combination of items in your test.
Part 3: Listening (8 Tasks)
(approximately 45-57 minutes)
Section 1: Summarize spoken text
In this section, you listen to a short lecture. You are then asked to write a summary of
that lecture (50-70 words) for a fellow student who was not present at the lecture. You
do two to three of these items, depending on the combination of items in your test.
Section 2: Multiple-choice, choose multiple answers
In this section, you listen to a recording on an academic subject. You are then given a
multiple choice question with five to seven answer options. You choose all the correct
answer options. You do two to three of these items, depending on the combination of
items in your test.

1. Listening Test (50 minutes)
About the Listening sub-test
The Listening sub-test consists of two parts, with approximately 20-28 question items.
The topics are of generic healthcare interest, accessible to candidates across all
professions. Each part consists of about 15 minutes of recorded speech, containing
pauses to allow you time to write your answers. You will hear each recording once and
are expected to write your answers while listening.
The Listening sub-test structure
Part A – consultation (20-25 minutes)
Part A assesses your ability to follow facts during a consultation. You will listen
to a recorded health professional-patient consultation and complete a note taking
task, guided by relevant headings.
Part B – presentation (20-25 minutes)
Part B assesses your ability to understand a short talk on a health-related topic
that might realistically occur in the workplace. You’ll listen to a recorded talk or
lecture (monologue) by a healthcare professional and complete a range of openended
and fixed choice tasks.
How is listening ability assessed in OET?
A wide range of task types are included so that a good sample of each candidate’s
listening ability is tested. This includes tasks assessing comprehension, such as:
‘multiple- choice’ questions
‘short-answer response’ questions
tasks that assess your ability to listen for specific information – for example,
completing tables or lecture notes, ‘sentence-completion’ tasks or
ticking/circling boxes or lists, etc.
Assessors who mark the Listening sub-test are qualified and highly trained.
Candidate responses are assessed against an established marking guide. During
the marking session, problematic or unforeseen answers are referred to a subgroup
of senior Assessors for guidance. Candidates with scores that are near the
borderline automatically have their papers double-marked to ensure fairness and
consistency.
How is the listening test scored?
Your answer booklets for the Listening sub-test and for Reading Part A are
marked by trained Assessors at the OET Centre.
Answer booklets are assigned at random to avoid any conflict of interest. Your
answer sheet for Reading Part B is computer scanned and automatically scored.
Listening and Reading Assessors use a detailed marking guide which sets out
which answers receive marks and how the marks are counted.
Assessors use this guide to decide for each question whether you have provided
enough correct information to be given the mark or marks available. Assessors
are monitored for accuracy and consistency, and the data entry of scores is also
double-checked for accuracy.
2. Reading Test (60 minutes)
About the Reading sub-test
The Reading sub-test consists of two parts and takes 60 minutes to complete. The topics
are of generic healthcare interest and are therefore accessible to candidates across all
professions.
The Reading sub-test structure
Part A – summary task (15 minutes)
Part A assesses your ability to source information from multiple texts, to
synthesise information in a meaningful way and to ‘skim’ and ‘scan’ material to
retrieve information quickly. You are required to read 3-4 short texts (a total of
approximately 650 words) related to a single topic, and complete a summary
paragraph by filling in the missing words (25-35 gaps in total).
Part B – multiple-choice questions (45 minutes)
Part B assesses your ability to read and understand comprehensive texts on
health-related topics similar to those in academic or professional journals.
You are required to read two passages (600-800 words each) and answer a set of
multiple-choice questions (16-20 in total).
How is reading ability assessed in OET?
Reading Part A (the summary task) tests your ability to skim and scan quickly
across different texts on a given topic in order to identify and synthesise selected
information. For that purpose, Part A is strictly timed and you must complete all
the items within 15 minutes. To complete the task successfully, you will also
need the ability to understand the conventions of different medical text types,
differentiate main ideas from supporting information, and understand the
presentation of numerical and textual data.
Reading Part B tests your ability to understand longer passages of text at the level
of word/phrase, explicit meaning, and implied meaning. To complete the task
successfully, you will also need the ability to identify the purpose of a text, to
understand the relationships between ideas, and to understand at the level of the
paragraph as well as the sentence.
Assessors who mark the Reading sub-test are qualified and highly trained.
Candidate responses are assessed against an established marking guide. During
the marking session, problematic or unforeseen answers are referred to a subgroup
of senior Assessors for guidance. Candidates with scores that are near the

3. Writing Test (45 minutes)
About the Writing sub-test
The Writing sub-test takes 45 minutes and is profession-specific. There is one task set
for each profession based on a typical workplace situation and the demands of the
profession – a nurse does the task for nursing, a dentist does the task for dentistry, and
so on.
The Writing sub-test structure
The task is to write a letter, usually a referral letter. Sometimes a different type
of letter is required: e.g. a letter of transfer or discharge, or a letter to advise or
inform a patient, carer, or group.
Along with the task instructions, you will receive stimulus material (case notes
and/or other related documentation) which includes information to use in your
response.
How is writing ability assessed in OET?
Your performance on the Writing sub-test is marked independently by a
minimum of two trained Assessors. Neither Assessor knows what scores the other
has given you, or what scores you have achieved on any of the other sub-tests.
Your performance is scored against five criteria and receives a band score for
each criterion:
Overall Task Fulfillment
Appropriateness of Language
Comprehension of Stimulus
Linguistic Features (grammar and cohesion)
Presentation Features (spelling, punctuation, layout).
4. Speaking Test (20 minutes)
The Speaking sub-test is delivered individually and takes around 20 minutes. You take
this part of OET using materials specifically for your profession. In each role-play, you
take your professional role (e.g. as a nurse) while the interlocutor plays a patient/client
or sometimes a patient’s relative or carer. For veterinary science the interlocutor is the
owner or carer for the animal.
The Speaking sub-test structure
In each Speaking test, your identity and profession are checked by the
interlocutor and there is a short warm-up conversation about your professional
background. Then the role-plays are introduced, one by one, and you have 2-3
minutes to prepare for each. The two role-plays take about five minutes each.
Role-plays
You receive information for each role-play on a card, which you keep while you
do the role-play. You may write notes on the card if you want. The card explains
the situation and what you are required to do. If you have any questions about the
content of the role-play or how a role-play works, you can ask them during the
preparation time.
The role-plays are based on typical workplace situations and reflect the demands
made on the professional in those situations. Different role-plays are used for
different candidates at the same test administration. The interlocutor follows a
script so that the Speaking test structure is similar for each candidate. The
interlocutor also has detailed information to use in each role-play.
How is speaking assessed in OET?
The whole Speaking test is recorded and it is this audio recording that is assessed.
The Speaking sub-test is marked independently by a minimum of two trained
Assessors. Neither Assessor knows what scores the other has given you, or what
scores you have achieved on any of the other sub-tests. Your test day Interlocutor
plays no role in the assessment of your performance.
OET Assessors’ judgements are targeted and specific, not a general evaluation of
candidates’ ability in spoken English.
Assessors are trained to focus on how a candidate responds to the particular task
on the day, and to apply specific assessment criteria which reflect the demands of
communication in the health professional workplace. Remember that the OET is
a test of English-language skills, not a test of professional knowledge.
Candidates who pay attention to the details of the specific role-play task, and
who are familiar with the assessment criteria, have a better chance of
demonstrating their ability in the key areas. Candidates who use pre-prepared
material, or who rely on techniques which worked in other circumstances, tend
not to perform to their full potential in the test.
Your performance on each of the two role-plays is scored against five criteria and
receives a band score for each criterion:

AHPR : وهي Level of supervision وتحدد لك Limited registration ممارسة المهنة لتأخذ منها
AHPRA فما هي المعايير التي تحدد هذه المستويات وما هي مواصفات كل مستوى فأنقل لكم نص كلام

Supervision levels
The levels of supervision are designed to ensure that the practice of the IMG is
safe.
The level of supervision that is required will depend upon a number of factors
that include:
1. qualifications of the IMG
2. previous experience, especially in the type of position for which the IMG has
applied
3. position description – the requirements of the position
4. the position itself, including the level of risk, the location of practice and the
availability of supports.
Level 1 supervision
The supervisor takes direct and principal responsibility for individual patients
a) The supervisor must be physically present at the workplace at all times when
the IMG is providing clinical care.
b) The IMG must consult their supervisor about the management of all patients
c) Supervision via telephone contact is not permitted.
The supervisor is required to submit an assessment of the IMG’s performance in
the form of a report to the Board at the completion of the first three months of the
IMG’s employment (or earlier if requested by the Board) and the Board may
direct that Level 1 supervision must continue to apply for a specific period or the
Board may direct that supervision shall be provided at one of the following
levels:
Level 2 supervision
The supervisor shares with the IMG responsibility for individual patients. The
supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the level of responsibility that the IMG
is allowed to take for patient management is based on the supervisor’s assessment
of the IMG’s knowledge and competence.
a) The IMG must inform their supervisor at agreed intervals about the
management of individual patients
b) If the approved supervisor is absent from medical practice, a medical
practitioner with general registration and/or specialist registration must provide
oversight.
c) Supervision must be primarily in person. Where the supervisor is not
physically present, they must always be accessible by telephone.
Level 3 supervision
The IMG takes primary responsibility for individual patients.
a) The supervisor must ensure that there are mechanisms in place for monitoring
whether the IMGs is practising safely
b) The IMG is permitted to work alone provided that the supervisor is contactable
by phone
c) The IMG can provide on-call and after hours services.
Level 4 supervision
The IMG takes full responsibility for individual patients
a) The approved supervisor must oversee the IMG’s practice
b) The approved supervisor must be available for consultation if the IMG
requires assistance.
c) The approved supervisor must periodically conduct a review of the IMG’s
practice.
The supervision levels that are described above are suited to the general practice
environment. However, they may be less relevant for hospital-based positions
which often have well established supervision structures in place. If the levels
above do not adequately describe the level of supervision that is proposed for a
hospital-based position, the Board will consider other supervision structures.

SPP فيحق لهم السفر عبر طريق الأخصائيين MRCGP Int. بالنسبة للزملاء الحاصلين على
Practice Eligible Pathway(GPE) وكذلك عبر طريق الخبرات المعتمدة
فأيهما أفضل وأيسر ؟؟ تم عمل هذا المسار والجدول لتيسير الاختيار لهم :
خلاصة الفرق بين المسارين هو :
SPP Pathway :
AKT exam ➡overseas experience assessment (at least 4 years)➡
Categorization ➡Job offer ➡valid English test➡ FICPI➡ AHPRA ➡
Limited Registration with level of supervision ➡ visa & travel ✈✈➡
Exams (KFP+OSCE) within 3 years of AKT exam date.
GPE (Practice eligible pathway):
AMC1exam ➡ Job offer ➡valid English test➡ PESCI➡AHPRA ➡
Limited Registration with level of supervision ➡ visa & travel ✈✈✈➡
after 5 years experience with at least 1 year of work in Australia (at least 6
months of this year in fully comparable general practice) ➡ RACGP to take
fellowship by 2 pathways : Exams( AKT+KFP+OSCE) or Practice based
assessment (1. Examiner Clinical Visit (ECV): Observation by an examiner of the candidate
in practice + 2. Recorded Video Consultations (RC) : The assessment of recorded video
consultations + 3. oral examination)

يجب ان تجمع من كل مكان عملت فيه وثائق محددة تكمل 100 نقطة على GP لتقييم خبراتك ك
وتحديد GP ومن ثم مقارنتها بالنظام الاسترالي ل RACGP الأقل ويتم دراسة هذه الخبرات من
عدد سنوات الخبرة المعادلة لها عندهم فقد تكون خبرتك 10 سنوات مثلا ويتم معادلتها بعشرة
سنوات او خمسة سنوات او ثلاث سنوات حسب مدى موافقة نظام المكان الذي عملت فيه بالنظام
الاسترالي.
وملحق 2 عبارة عن جدول للمستندات المطلوبة لتجميعها من كل مكان عمل
